Calculator Methodology and Validation
This calculator computes sums of squares from grouped summary statistics, then evaluates the right-tail F distribution for the omnibus ANOVA p-value. When raw columns are pasted, it first calculates each group's sample size, mean, and sample standard deviation.

What should I report after ANOVA?
Report the F statistic, numerator and denominator degrees of freedom, p-value, alpha decision, and any required effect size or post-hoc test.
Does a significant ANOVA tell me which groups differ?
No. A significant omnibus ANOVA says at least one mean differs. Pairwise comparisons or post-hoc tests are needed to identify where the differences are.
